Meditation and how I got started

Note to myself on Meditation

I was going through a lot of uncertainty throughout the last decade. Around 2014 I had finally reached a low point where I decided to see  if meditation could be something I could use to regain some positive momentum and to get out of a never ending stagnation phase. Having found an instructional YouTube video, being totally ignorant, I strictly followed the instructions, totally let go, and on the first attempt I was able to successfully enter the next realm and even managed to go to the second level, that I have never reached again in any other mediation session ever since. 

When I do not medidate for a longer period of time, I am now starting to feel like am hardware running on older software and certain incompatibities with my environment start to show up, the longer I do not download an fresh update in a meditation session.
