Note to myself on managing your physical environment

There seems to be a direct relationship between your physical environment and your mental states. By physcial environment, I am referring to your apartment, your car or your office desk. It seems that one of the most basic things that you can do, when looking for mental peace, focus and as sense of satisfaction, is to create order in your immediate environment. From my personal experience, I am confirming that the effects are twice as powerful when you organize your environment yourself, with your own hands.
